Hicks Promoted to VP at Mark-Taylor Residential

Scottsdale , AZ (December 15, 2005) - Robert Hicks has been promoted to Vice President of Mark-Taylor Residential, the Scottsdale-based developer and manager of luxury apartment communities. Hicks has been with the company for one year in the position of Asset Manager, responsible for the financial and operational performance of 2,300 apartment units in the Valley.
