- HOA needs your help! At San Tierra, you reside in a community that is part of the Windmills West HOA. The HOA provides a great service of maintaining the recreational areas such as the Windmills Park and the hike and bike trail that runs along the East side of our community. The HOA would like to remind you to do your part by keeping the recreational areas free of trash. The HOA does not permit you to park on the street, so please make sure your vehicle is parked in your assigned space or guest parking.
- Movies!!!!! Have you seen our selection of new movies in the leasing office? At San Tierra, you can rent free movies. Just turn them in the next day to avoid any late charges.
